How often should I change my wax melt?If you like a strong Wax Melt, we would recommend you change your Wax Melt over after 2-3 4 hour tea lights. However you can carry on burning it until the scent is completely gone.

How do I clean my wax burner?Please wash and dry your burner after each use and before changing over your Wax Melt. Simply wipe the excess wax out of the burner dish with a cotton pad and clean your burner with warm water. Please avoid using strong and abrasive cleaning products or any flammable cleaning products, warm water will do the job!

How do I remove my Wax Melts from its burner?If using a tea light burner, we recommend simply lighting a tea light for a couple of seconds and simply push the Wax Melt out of the burner, any residue can be wiped away with a cotton pad. If there is melted wax you want to remove, we recommend using a cotton pad to soak up the wax. Please do not pour wax down the sink. Please do not pierce the wax with anything to get it out of the burner this could break your burner. Ensure your Wax Melt burner dish is washed and dried after each burn.

Can I reuse my Wax Melt after I burn it?Absolutely! We recommend 2-3 4 hour tea lights per Wax Melt burn. You can reuse your wax melt until the scent is completely gone.

How long will my Wax Melt last?Each Wax Melt provides you with 12 to 18 hours of fragrance before it needs replacing, this means you Wax Melt can be reused until the scent is completely gone.

What is the best wax melter to use?We recommend using a tea light burner for optimal scent throw. Our Wax Melts can also be used in both electric burners and plug-in burners, please be mindful this may affect scent throw.
